Ten years ago, my sister Becky & I invented a women’s nail product called the FILE CATTY (www.filecatty.com). Although we are both college educated women we had no experience in developing an idea into a tangible product to sell commercially. We believed that, since we weren’t much different then most women who take care of their nails, the product would have a great chance at commercial success if we could bring it to market.

Our conviction for the idea drove our passion and compelled us to forge ahead. The success did not happen over night. After many years of sweat equity, self-education and perseverance, we were able to successfully create, develop & launch the FILE CATTY.

Currently, we are under a licensing agreement with one of the largest master beauty distributors in the United States, Spilo Worldwide (www.spilo.com) out of Los Angeles, California. Spilo is the exclusive licensee of our product and sells the FILECATTY across America and in other countries.

Throughout the years, many people have asked our advice on how we gained the exposure we needed to grow our business and how we sourced out the multitude of companies we needed to bring our product to market.
